Lentil Flatbread

Ingredients

  • ½ cup AP flour

  • 2 Tbls. Chili seasoning

  • 2 ¼ cup water

  • 1 cup lentil flour

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients till batter forms.

  2. In an electric skillet or sautee pan on medium-high heat with a little oil or butter, pour about ¼ cup batter and spread out thin with the back of a spoon.

  3. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
